Simion Cernica
Simion Cernica (b. 1973, Bucharest, Romania) currently works and lives in Los Angeles.
His most recent solo exhibitions are PsychoPoetic Hymns & Radical Ruins at IOMO Gallery, Bucharest (2021) and Colour Fields, Romanian Cultural Institute (ICR), Budapest and Europe House, The Hague (duo-show with Radu Comsa, 2019). Other recent group projects and exhibitions include may amnesia scratch our membrane, IOMO Gallery, Bucharest (2021), Local Masterworks of American Art, Nino Mier Gallery, Los Angeles (2020 and A World Has Still To Be Built, Timisoara Art Encounters Biennial (2018).
